A leader in marketing responsible for shaping the future of financial services and brand strategy, Theng Kiat, also known as TK, was most recently the Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Singapore and, prior to that, the Chief Marketing Officer at OCBC Bank. Also a keen sportsman, he has led the sponsorship and property activation for WTA OCBC Singapore, the Tour de France Prudential Singapore Criterium, and the Premier and Consumer Banking divisions at OCBC Bank.

TK graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

An entrepreneur and seasoned communications strategist with a proven track record, Leon has built one of Singapore’s largest and most successful independent creative companies. Throughout his career, he has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Heineken, Pernod Ricard, OCBC Bank, and PUMA. Recognised as a Future Shaper by The Peak in 2019 and part of Tatler’s Gen T in 2020, Leon is an avid amateur marathoner and firmly believes that sports can be the social glue of a nation.

Leon graduated from the Singapore Institute of Management’s University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

A finance expert with nearly two decades of experience steering business growth and operational excellence. Celia is the Group Finance Director at The Betterment Group. She brings a sharp analytical mind and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach, honed over more than 20 years of experience in finance, audit, and business advisory services, with senior roles at WPP, FrieslandCampina, Sony Pictures, and Morgan Stanley.

Celia is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, holding a triple major in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Investment Finance.

Singapore’s Ironman triathlon record holder and entrepreneur, Ben, drives innovation in sport and wellness. He is the Founder of supplement brand Live Long Long, and was Chief of Staff at the nutrition, health, and beauty giant dsm-firmenich, and serves on the Boards of the Triathlon Association of Singapore, Asia Triathlon, and Children’s Wishing Well. As a former Public Service Commission Scholar, he has held multiple roles at SPH Media and in the Singapore Civil Service.

Ben holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ronda is a communications strategy specialist who has built a sterling career borne from her passion in sports. In the last two decades, she has worked with numerous global sports properties, the most recent being the management of communications and media operations at the World Aquatics Championships – Singapore 2025. In running, she was the communications lead for the Great Eastern Women’s Run (2016 – 2022) and from 2006 to 2012, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. She is also the Manager of Singapore’s first and only Olympic Gold Medalist, Joseph Schooling.

Ronda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
